The Evangelical Lutheran Church of Hong Kong was founded in 1954. To date, the organization has established four secondary schools, eight primary schools, four study centers, seven nursery schools, and seven kindergartens. Over the past seventy years, our educational services have always adhered to the spirit of Christ's love, upholding the principles of 'child-centeredness, love-centeredness, and aesthetic education-centeredness.' To accommodate the needs of society, our school will extend its service hours in the current academic year (2025-2026): Full-day students may enter the campus as early as 8:00 a.m. and leave no later than 6:00 p.m. (The school will provide supervision for students with family needs during 8:00-8:45 a.m. and 4:30-6:00 p.m.).

We extend our gratitude to Ming Pao for highlighting three kindergartens under the Evangelical Lutheran Church Hong Kong: Cheung Wah Kindergarten, Nam Cheong Kindergarten, and Tseung Kwan O Kindergarten.
Each of our three kindergartens has its own unique characteristics and is dedicated to teaching with care. Cheung Wah Kindergarten has launched the ‘Cheung Wah TV Program’ this year. Through this initiative, not only participating students but also students from other classes have the opportunity to both conduct interviews and be interviewed.
This program helps to further strengthen children’s self-confidence and communication skills, while also creating more opportunities for the public to get to know our schools better.
